  • Package labels: preparer name and registration number or address; date; ingredients and allergens; inspection statement.
  • In-person sales: legible sign with the same inspection statement.
  • Direct sales: events, markets, home where allowed, or internet with delivery by the preparer when applicable.
  • Registration & training per commissioner rules and fee tiers.
  • Sales cap: up to $78,000 gross receipts per calendar year for exempt cottage sales.
  • Local rules: city and county ordinances as applicable.
